- RETURN POLICY :
We put our heart and soul into all our products to ensure your full satisfaction, so if for any reason whatsoever you are unhappy with your items, you have the right to return your purchase for refund. You must return your items within 30 days of the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, and will post the items back to you.
When returning items we require that your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
If you wish to exchange it for another product, the exchange fees will be 40 EGP. If you need to return it and get your money back, the return fees will be 40 EGP.
